In response to customer demand we now have an exciting NEW Collect from Store option for you when placing an order on the web. (Collect in store is NOT available during the first 2 weeks of sale)

Please select click and collect from the drop down option on the order page. Click to find your store. A pop up box will appear giving you the option to choose the store you would like to collect your order from.

You will receive a confirmation email when we process your order, but please do not rush to the store as we sometimes need a few days to transfer stock. We will send a further email when your order is on its way to store. After receipt of the latter email please allow 3 days before collecting, unless you receive a call or email from the store confirming that your order has arrived. You can give the store a call and can find phone numbers here.

Please ensure that you take a copy of your order confirmation into store when collecting your order - you will also be asked to sign for your parcel.

We will do our best to get your orders to store as quickly as possible, but please be aware that this may take up to 7 working days, particularly at sale or busy periods.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange in store for another item or for a credit note. If you prefer a refund the store can take the parcel from you, but regret that at present the store will be unable to give a refund. Your refund will be completed when your order is received back at our warehouse.
