Delivery Information *
Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £60* for United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO. UK standard delivery on orders under £60 are charged at £3.95 per order. The normal standard dispatch time is 1 - 4 *working days from the date of order but please allow up to 7 working days at busy sale times.
Express delivery is now available on orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm and charged at £5.95 on all orders. Delivery is 1 - 2 working days and we regret that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. (Orders placed on a Friday will therefore arrive Monday/Tuesday) (We regret that Express delivery is not available at sale times).
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail or Interlink and will need to be signed for. It's advisable to provide your mobile number so that you can receive details of the delivery by text.
Delivery to store Please select click and collect from the drop down box on the payment page. Then click on choose your store and select your nearest Mistral. This can take up to 7 working days, but we will call or email you when your order is ready for collection.
Please wait to receive confirmation from the store before going in to collect your parcel and remember to take a copy of your order confirmation with you.
All parcels will be held for 10 days before being returned to our warehouse when we will contact you for further instructions regarding delivery of your parcel.
Overseas deliveries are charged at £8 for parcels to Europe and £10 Worldwide. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and you will need to sign for it. Delivery times vary from country to country but please allow 10 to 14 days from date of despatch. Local import duties may be payable on receipt. (France - we no longer sell directly to French customers, but please contact us for a list of stockists in France).
Other Delivery Information
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we do our best to get parcels to you on time. Sometimes we may not be able to supply certain items and will have to cancel some or part of your order before delivery. We will email you if this happens and you will not be charged for the unshipped items. If you have been charged we will refund the full amount.
