Delivery & Returns Policy
*Free UK Returns on orders placed from November 20th - November 26th 2014
Free Delivery on UK orders over £75* on Standard Delivery for United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO. UK delivery on orders under £75 are charged at £3.95 per order. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for, unless you give a safe place option.
The normal despatch time is 1 - 4 working days from the date of order. Please note that during sale or busy periods delivery times may be longer (up to 10 working days). Next Day Delivery is not currently available, but if you need your item urgently please call 01249 823901 during office hours and we will do our best to speed up despatch.
Delivery to store is not yet fully available.However you can choose to put your store address as the delivery address and we will transfer to your local store. This can take up to 7 working days, but we will email you when your order is ready for collection.
Please wait to receive your email confirmation before visiting the store to collect your parcel and remember to take a copy with you.
All parcels will be held for 10 days before being returned to our warehouse when we will contact you for further instructions regarding delivery of your parcel.
Overseas deliveries are charged at £8 for parcels to Europe and £10 Worldwide (during October 2012). All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and you will need to sign for it. Delivery times vary from country to country but please also 10 to 14 days from date of despatch. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Other Delivery Information
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we do our best to get parcels to you on time. Sometimes we may not be able to supply certain items and will have to cancel some or part of your order before delivery. We will email you if this happens and you will not be charged for the unshipped items. If you have been charged we will refund the full amount.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We do hope that you love your new Mistral online purchase. However, don’t worry if you are not 100% happy, as we have made it as easy as possible to exchange or return your order. Simply log into your account and find the relevant order under Order History. Scroll down, click on "return an item" and print off & complete your returns form. Send the item back to us, unworn and in its original condition, complete with tags and proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of receipt for an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS VIA STORE You can also return your online purchases via any Mistral or Walton Clothing store for an exchange or credit note. Stores cannot issue a refund but they can return them to us at Head Office where the refund will be given – saving you the cost of return postage. We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. In the unlikely event that we do not receive your returns parcel we will need a copy of this to deal with any refund or exchange. If returning via one of our stores please ask for a receipt for your goods.
If you require an exchange, please complete the returns form with details of the item you would like. Send the form and items back to us in unworn and original condition within 14 days and we will send the new item to you. We do not charge outward postage on exchanges, but you are responsible for any postage charges returning the item to us.
If you wish to return an item to us for refund, please download and complete a returns form which you can find under Order History in your account.
Send the item to us, with the form or return via a Mistral or Walton Clothing store. Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and with proof of purchase, within 14 days for a full refund. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt for us to process your refund, this maybe longer during busy sale periods. *We cannot be held responsible for any post office or courier delays in your return reaching our warehouse. We strongly advise overseas customers to track any returns as we cannot be responsible if these do not reach us.
Mistral take pride in ensuring that our garments leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but occasionally things to sometimes go wrong. We are then as disappointed as you are.
