How fast do you need your Mistral fix? We have two options for our UK customers…
UK Standard Delivery:
FREE UK STANDARD DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPENT OVER £50 ONLINE
Sent via Hermes 48 hours service. £3.50 per order.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days (during very busy sale periods, it may take slightly longer.)
UK Express Delivery:
Sent via Hermes 24 hour service.
Orders placed before 2pm weekdays will be sent out same day, after 2pm your order will be sent out next working day.
Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
If you’re looking to have your Mistral order delivered outside of the UK, here’s our International
Sent fully tracked via OCS.
£10 per order.
Dispatched within 2 working day (unless your order is placed over the weekend.) All orders should be delivered within 7 working days.
In case of any delivery mischief caused by Covid-19, Brexit delays or the weather, please keep an eye on tracking for 14 days.
Taxes and duties will be due on delivery.
Rest of the World Delivery:
Sent fully tracked via OCS.
£15 per order.
Dispatched within 1 working day (if order is placed Monday - Friday.)
All orders should reach you within 7 working days.
Sometimes unavoidable delays may occur so, please do keep an eye on tracking info for 14 days.Taxes and duties will be due on delivery.
We have extended our returns policy! Any order placed on or after 1st January 2021 has a 28 day return policy. Anything over this period will be added to a gift card for you to use with your next online purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All items must be returned to us unworn, with original tagging and returns form. If your item is faulty please see our policy below.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We will refund you as quickly as we can, but during the current pandemic please allow up to 4 weeks from the return of your parcel for the refund to be processed.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, tights or face masks/coverings unless faulty, please contact us before returning these items otherwise you may not be refunded.
You can also return your online purchases via any Mistral store when they reopen if it is within the 28 day returns period. Stores cannot issue a refund or exchange, but they can return them to us at Head Office where the refund will be given – saving you the cost of return postage.
If returning via one of our stores, please return with a copy of your online invoice and ask for a receipt for your goods.
If you decide you need a different size, no problem. Please clearly mark the size required on your returns form. Please allow up to four weeks for your item to be received and the exchange to be processed.
