Delivery & Returns
Free Standard Delivery on UK orders over £60* for United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces). UK standard delivery on orders under £60 are charged at £3.50 per order. The normal standard delivery despatch time is 1 - 4* working days from the date of order.
Express delivery is normally available on orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm and charged at £5.95 on all orders. Delivery is 1 - 2 working days and we regret that we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. (Orders placed on a Friday will therefore arrive Monday/Tuesday)
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for, unless you give a safe place option (unfortunately we aren't able to leave parcels in or around bins). It's advisable to provide your mobile number so that you can receive details of the delivery by text.
Please note express delivery is not available during sale time.
Delivery to store Please choose click and collect from the drop down delivery option box on the payment page. Then click on choose store to find your local Mistral. This can take up to 7 working days (often sooner), but we will email or call you when your order is ready for collection.
Please wait to receive confirmation from the store before going in to collect your parcel and remember to take a copy of your order confirmation with you.
All parcels will be held for 10 days before being returned to our warehouse when we will contact you for further instructions regarding delivery of your parcel.

Overseas deliveries are charged at £8 for parcels to Europe and £10 Worldwide (up to 2kg - if over this weight we will contact you with a delivery cost). All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and you will need to sign for it. Delivery times vary from country to country but please allow 10 to 14 days from date of dispatch for European delivery and 3-6 weeks for Worldwide. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
France & Germany - We no longer sell directly to French or German customers, but please contact us with your town for a list of stockists in your area.
*Please note we are currently unable to dispatch over 2kg to International customers. As such we apologise but we are not able to send footwear to locations outside of the EU.
Other Delivery Information
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we do our best to get parcels to you on time. Sometimes we may not be able to supply certain items and will have to cancel some or part of your order before delivery. We will email you if this happens and you will not be charged for the unshipped items. If you have been charged we will refund the full amount.
