Parcels are sent by 48-Hour Hermes and currently will not need to be signed for. Your courier will instead log the name of the person accepting the item, and can sign on your behalf. Additionally, for all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where they need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place the item on your doorstep. Having knocked on the door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure the item is delivered securely rather than being left outside, unless you give a safe place option (unfortunately they aren't able to leave parcels in or around bins).
Please note express delivery is currently not available.
Overseas deliveries are charged at £8 for parcels to Europe and £10 Worldwide (up to 2kg - if over this weight we will contact you with a delivery cost). All parcels are sent by Royal Mail and you will need to sign for it. Delivery times vary from country to country but please allow 10 to 14 days from date of dispatch for European delivery and 3-6 weeks for Worldwide (this may be longer during COVID-19. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
*Please note we are currently unable to dispatch over 2kg to International customers. As such we apologise but we are not able to send footwear to locations outside of the EU.
Other Delivery Information
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, although we do our best to get parcels to you on time. Sometimes we may not be able to supply certain items and will have to cancel some or part of your order before delivery. We will email you if this happens and you will not be charged for the unshipped items. If you have been charged we will refund the full amount.
Returns during COVID-19
We have a 14-day returns policy for a full refund. Up to 2 months outside this period we will add the funds to your online e-wallet to be used against your next online purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All items must be returned to us unworn, with original tagging and returns form. If your item is faulty please see our policy below.
We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the courier, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

We will refund you as quickly as we can, but during the current pandemic we please allow up to 4 weeks from the return of your parcel for the refund to be processed.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, tights or face masks unless faulty.
