    However, don’t worry if you are not 100% happy. You are protected by Consumer Contracts Regulations and we have made it as easy as possible to exchange or return your order. 

    If you have kept the form sent with your order, please fill this out and send it back with your parcel.

    If you have lost this form - simply click on the returns form and label link at the bottom of this page, print and fill it out to send with the item you wish to return. Please note that returns are not free and you will need to cover the associated postage costs yourself.

      

    30 Day Returns Policy

    Any order placed has a 30 day return policy. Anything over this period is non-returnable. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

    Any Full Price items can be returned for refund.Any Sale items can be returned for exchange or gift card refund.

    We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage from the courier, and preferably use a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. We are unable to complete any refunds or exchanges until the goods have been received back to our warehouse.

Lucky Sale Spot

When I got the email about the sale I decided to take a peek. Lucky I did! I'd already seen this top in the store but decided to purchase one as it was now in the sale.

It arrived quickly in store as I'd requested, and as Mistral do, it was beautifully wrapped! It was a lovely colour and fitted perfectly. As it was long sleeved, and we were currently experiencing a heat wave I thought it might be a while before wearing it, but then the weather went a bit cooler and it was perfect, as it was a reasonably thin material. Lovely. Thanks again Mistral!

Green long sleeved T

Love the look of this top. It matches in so well with the skirt I purchased from Mistral. It is a shade of green which almost has an organic feel.

Lovely to wear

Lovely colour and lovely to wear. Very comfortable and fits just right. Love the fact that the label is sewn into the garment so that it doesn't rub your neck. Goes well with skirts or trousers. Would definitely buy again in another colour.

Excellent products

I discovered Mistral clothes about 2 years ago and have not bought any other clothes since . The cottons are beautifully soft and remain so even though I don't use fabric conditioner as I have a Reed bed drainage system at the house. The colours are lovely and tee shirts match in with skirts and trousers . I just love them and they are very colour fast and hard wearing . I will not shop anywhere else!
